Pet Policy

We love our furry residents! We allow one cat or dog per resident, and all pets must be registered with the leasing office. Pet Rent: $25 per installment Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 Additionally, all pets must be under 60 pounds, and cannot be one of the following restricted breeds: Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canario (Canary dog), Akita, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Bullmastiff. All support animals must be properly registered with the leasing office.
